Tasks and duties 

• Continually identifying new sales channels opportunities, and potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications followed by a meeting visits to introduce Co's services.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
• Maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Meeting with key clients, to maintain relationships; negotiating and closing deals.
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential key clients and existing customers.
• Selling Co's services and meeting customers needs.
• Promptly submitting customers' purchase orders and BOQs to the relevant department for processing.
• Enhances sales accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions of the customer with the help of assigned architect and the marketing manager.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Improving networking with customers by keeping updated records and database
- Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans
- Researching and monitoring competitors’ contractors companies by gathering current market place information on pricing, and services success, delivery schedule, selling techniques to determine customer preferences
- Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending the operations meetings, establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Understands assesses and anticipates customers’ objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Promoting the provided service to satisfy the sales targets
- Liaising with Marketing Department to propose the necessary marketing tools
- Being up to date with market changes and supporting the management in anticipating the sales trends accordingly
