Tasks and duties 

-Receiving, transferring and recording all phone calls.
- Assisting the management in calls, scheduling and correspondence
- Welcoming and greeting visitors
- Maintaining impeccable filing system
- Handling basic purchasing: stationery and office supplies
- Ensuring smooth running of the office and stocking of showroom
- Monitoring suppliers administrative details
- Handling the petty cash
- Monitoring and following up on mobile phone recharges, uniforms…
- Managing company cars: insurance, mechanic, licenses, permits, branding, repairs, maintenance
- Supervising the office cleaners’ duties and schedule.
- Following up on shipments
- Handling travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors
