Tasks and duties 

- Maintains office systems, including data management and filing
- Greet customers, answer the phone, take messages and set up meetings
- Prepare letters, documents and presentations in both English & Arabic
- In charge of office equipment and supplies, including inventory
- Supervise office cleaning and maintenance and support
- Assist to Maintain employee files and records
- Assist to Track vacation, sick and personal time of employees
- Assist with new employee hire and orientation
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for employee
- Prepare employees’ timesheets
- Assists to Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
