Tasks and duties 

- Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily diary
- Screen telephone calls, inquiries and requests and handing them when appropriate
- Handle his email account and filter emails
-Deal with incoming email, faxes often corresponding on behalf of their manager
- Schedule on behalf of the CEO meetings between him and his direct reports and the committees and groups to which he is a member
- Welcome all CEO’s visitors at all level of seniority
-Take dictation and minutes and to type letters
- Prepare Power Point presentation
- Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO and to handle all the filing system
- Manage travels and accommodations requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the CEO
- Organize chairman’s events
