Tasks and duties 

- Support Chairman in day to day work
- Support in Business Development initiative
- Plan, coordinate and ensure the GM’ schedule is well-managed, followed and respected
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to GM and take messages and assistants
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for GM , committee, board and other meetings
- Print documents, process mail, manage email.
- Design and write letters, reports, notes, ....
- Manage and organize the archive and save all reports and documents related to health policy
- Organize and coordinate training and awareness programs on the principles and application of
health policy
- Make travel arrangement for GM
