Tasks and duties 

- Candidate should have assisted the Chairman/CEO/ MD of a large company (+100 employees)
- Knowledge of MS- Office, and other software’s is a must
- Must have good written and oral communication, Ability to interact with different stakeholders in the organization
- Providing administrative support for the business development head that included coordinating calendars, arranging travel and collating reports, spreadsheets, power point presentations
- Responsible for answering & screening telephone calls & face to face enquiries
- To attend to and action all correspondence (emails, calls, couriers) reports & communication pertaining to the office. Monitoring the correspondence, classifying & prioritizing it and accordingly either attending to it or bringing it to the attention of the CM
- To coordinate with the team and internal stakeholders and accordingly schedule time for meetings
- Team travel calendar preparation for smooth scheduling of monthly & quarterly meetings
- This role is not limited to the above
