- Skill in analyzing and evaluating financial information

Tasks and duties 

- Prepare the Agenda along with related credit files to the members of the credit committee
- Attend Credit committee as a secretary
- Coordinates the approval and tracking of all credits that require approval by Committees
- Follow up and track all approvals and credit decisions and maintain an accurate log of pending approvals
- Prepare Credit decisions and circulate them for signatures by CC members
- Imaging CC minutes of meetings and credit decisions the bank’s electronic filing platform
- Investigation with banks
- Investigation with credit bureaus
- Centrale des Risques at BDL: Online (daily and monthly declaration)
- Maintain clean and organized credit files and files correspondence and other records as per BCC 238
- Organizes and maintains Archive file system, and files correspondence and other records
- Prepare Letters of facilities for clients; Loan agreements, security contracts, etc…
- Perform loan processing and loan administration
- Imaging loan documentation within the bank’s electronic filing platform
- Prepare and fill the contracts required for each type of collateral and securities
- Follow up with expert, public notary and lawyers the registration of the collaterals
- Records liens on system
- Performs other duties as assigned and directed by management
- Gathers and calculates data to prepare a variety of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management ensuring reports are accurate, complete and prepared on schedule:
- Unpaid (bills, loans, credit cards etc…)
- Excess over limit report
- Litigious credit files updated status as per lawyer feedback
- CDR as per BDL new online program
- Retail Progress report
- Good knowledge of Retail loans and scoring (Car loan, Personal loan, Educational loan, staff loan, credit cards, housing, PCH)
- Good knowledge in subsidized loans with BDL and Kafalat loans
- Control loans and advances as per declared purpose for each type of credit facility
- Liaise with the bank’s lawyer for issues related to litigious credit files
- Setting loan parameters into the Bank core system:
- Credit limits
- Debit rates, commissions, etc
