At a basic level, our Senior Consultants analyze and appraise CVs through numerous evaluation techniques. Selection is a wonderful process. After approaching each candidate in a personalized manner, we administer the appropriate tests and reference checks. Screening is a determining factor; only candidates who have successfully met the tough selection process are introduced: with our help, over 83% of candidates successfully pass probation period in the client company.
