It is a real accomplishment and an honor to be selected and elected by professional “selectors” and “assessors” namely your colleagues at Management Plus.. You were selected primarily for the friendly and warm interpersonal relationships you had developed with your colleagues. You also got high marks for the responsible and efficient manner in which you handled the various tasks assigned to you. Your loyalty to your work and your compassion to the people you are working with was another factor that weighed on our decision. Finally if the Management of the company was asked to vote, you would have gotten the vote for handling the various responsibilities assigned to you in a very persistent, complete and commendable manner.
